1999 Graduates

Ashok R. Menon

Ashok R. Menon is a 1999 graduate of the CD program. Ashok currently works as an Associate at Nathan and Associates.  He helps manage large donor related technical assistance projects that deal with international trade and investment issues. Ashok writes proposals for those projects and participates in activities related to those projects.

Anne Dawson is a 1999 graduate of the CD program. Anne currently works for the US Department of Agriculture as a Taiwan Desk Officer. Her duties include analyzing policies that affect trade of agricultural goods between the United States and Taiwan.

Courtenay Carr

Courtenay Carr graduated from the CD program in 1999. She currently works for JBC International as a Trade Analyst. Courtenay represents US Companies abroad on IPR, customs and other trade barrier issues.

Gisela Vergara

Gisela Vergara is a 1999 graduate from the CD program.  She currently works for the Organization of American States as a Trade Consultant. Gisela follows FTAA negotiations on standards and technical barriers to trade. She also provides support to the Consultative Groups.

Janette Kelly

Janette Kelly graduated from the CD program in 1999. Janette currently works for the Kanazawa International Exchange Foundation in Ishikawa, Japan as the International Relations Coordinator.

Natalie Gomez graduated from the CD program in 1999. She currently works for Expeditors International as a Management Trainee. Natalie serves as a certified IATA/FIATA Air Export Agent and Customhouse Broker.

Victoria Waite is a 1999 graduate from the CD program. Victoria currently works for the Coalition of Service Industries as a Program Manager of Financial Services. Victoria manages business member advocacy programs on US trade policy in financial services, as well as services negotiations in FTAA and the Trans-Atlantic business dialogue.
